Auralendar

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Who we are

Auralendar (the "Service") is operated by Ross & Sons Digital LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. When you use the Service you are entering into an agreement with Ross & Sons Digital LTD.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and, if using the Service on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

Auralendar is a calendar with AI-generated daily inspiration, event reminders and notifications, optional sharing of events and calendars, and optional Google Calendar sync. It is available on the web and as a mobile app. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. AI-generated content

The Service produces AI-generated "inspiration" text. You are responsible for how you use those outputs and for verifying anything important. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice — do not rely on them as such. You must not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs at our discretion.

7. Age declaration and restricted features

We ask you to confirm your date of birth when you create an account. Some features, such as humorous and social-style content, are switched off for members under 13, and only age-appropriate content is shown to them. If we believe the age information on an account is inaccurate, we may adjust or restrict its features accordingly.

8. Mobile apps and notifications

You may use the Service through our website or a mobile app. If you enable notifications, we (and our notification providers) may send reminders about your events, inspiration and service messages to your device; you can turn these off at any time in your account settings or on your device. Optional voice-assistant integrations let smart speakers read out your daily briefing; by enabling one, you authorise us to make your relevant event and inspiration data available to that assistant for that purpose.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of the events, preferences, and other content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise us to read and write events on the calendar you select, only for the purpose of syncing with Auralendar.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Ross & Sons Digital LTD and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

11. Pricing, payments and billing

Auralendar offers a 14-day free trial of every feature. After the trial, the calendar (creating, editing and viewing events and reminders) remains free. All other features — including daily inspiration, weather, memes, shared calendars, smart speaker briefings and the calendar subscription feed — require a yearly subscription of £5 (GBP), which renews automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the year you have paid for. Members who previously bought one-time lifetime access keep it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax collection, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details of how to request a refund.

12. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. On termination, you may lose access to content stored in the Service; we may delete it after a reasonable period.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
